Fraser Hore

Fraser Hore is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in knowledge management and digital transformation within international organizations. Currently serving as the Lead for Knowledge Development and Transformation at the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies since April 2023, Fraser is tasked with implementing a knowledge management strategy that promotes learning and evidence-based decision-making. Previous roles include Giga Programme Manager at the International Telecommunication Union, where Fraser managed efforts to connect schools globally, and Senior Manager at Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance, overseeing business partnerships and driving digital innovation. Fraser's earlier career includes impactful positions at the Geneva Centre for the Democratic Control of Armed Forces and as a management consultant for various global agencies, consistently focusing on enhancing organizational performance through knowledge management and strategic initiatives. Fraser holds an MBA from Ivey Business School at Western University and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Science from Huron University.
