Monica Shah

Monica Shah serves as the Senior Officer for CVA Finance and Risk Management at the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) since September 2022, focusing on supporting individuals affected by the crisis in Ukraine. Prior to this role, Monica held various positions at the American Red Cross from March 2014 to August 2022, including Director of Finance for Humanitarian Services and other finance-related roles in Biomedical and Disaster Services. Monica's career began at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where responsibilities included auditing for diverse sectors. Academic credentials include a Master's in Accounting from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
