Efrat Shahar

Efrat Shahar has a diverse work experience spanning over several organizations. Efrat began their career at College for All USA, where they served as a Program Manager, overseeing the Excellence Center and managing a team of employees and volunteers. Efrat then joined BrainPOP as a Customer Relations Manager before moving on to The Tel Aviv Sexual Assault Crisis Center, where they coordinated an annual fundraising event. After that, Efrat joined the ISEF Foundation as the Director of the Projects Department, responsible for managing and supporting managers and coordinators in various projects and training initiatives. Currently, they serve as the VP of Operations and Programs at the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews, overseeing all organizational activities on a national scale and managing a team of employees. Overall, Efrat Shahar has demonstrated expertise in leadership, project management, and organizational development throughout their career.

Efrat Shahar completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and Diplomacy from Reichman University from 2003 to 2006. Then, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Development from the University of Haifa from 2009 to 2011.
