Senior Vice President, Health Sciences at IFF

Allyson Fish currently serves as Senior Vice President of Health Sciences at IFF since September 2025. Prior to this role, Allyson held significant leadership positions at ADM from September 2020 to August 2025, including President and Chief Commercial Officer of Precision Fermentation, where strategic initiatives were implemented to address market challenges, and President of Global Alternative Proteins and Savory Solutions, achieving double-digit growth. Earlier experience includes serving as Director at Verlasso Salmon, focusing on sustainable fish farming, and as a Hewlett Environment Fellow at Environmental Defense.
