Chris Jon

Chris Jon is a Flavorist Assistant at International Flavors & Fragrances, where responsibilities include collaborating with senior flavorists to prepare and evaluate flavor samples and assist in the development and optimization of flavor formulations. Prior experience includes an internship as an Analytical Chemistry Intern at Firmenich, focusing on the analysis of pro fragrances and data organization for lead scientists. Additionally, Chris served as an Assistant Computer Lab Supervisor at Rutgers University, managing multiple locations and a significant staff during the pandemic recovery, and as a Manager's Assistant, aiding in student recruitment and program organization. Chris received a Bachelor of Science in Food Science from Rutgers University.
