Dave MacAraeg

Dave Macaraeg is an experienced professional in product and account management within the food and flavor industry. Currently serving as Regional Product Manager at IFF since August 2025, Dave previously held the position of Key Account Manager at Givaudan from March 2020 to July 2025 and at Lamb Weston from April 2018 to February 2020. Earlier roles include Business Manager at Frutarom from September 2016 to March 2018, and Account Manager at Sensient Food Color, where Dave also worked as an Applications Chemist from June 2012 to September 2016. Dave began a career in research at Novus International, Inc., progressing from Research Chemist I to Research Chemist II from April 2008 to June 2012. Dave holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from the University of Missouri-Columbia, earned from 2002 to 2006.
