Dmytro Liakhovych

Dmytro Liakhovych is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment and talent acquisition across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Buyer Corporate Materials & Services EMEA at IFF since August 2024, Dmytro previously held the position of Head of Tech Recruitment for Spain and LATAM at Ciklum from September 2021 to August 2024. Prior experience includes leadership roles at MHP SE, where Dmytro managed an executive and mid-level recruiting team, and at DuPont, serving as Executive Recruiter EMEA. Dmytro's career began with roles in consulting and staffing, including significant achievements at Hudson, where recognition included the Chairman Award in 2010. Dmytro holds a Master's degree in Philosophy and a Bachelor's degree in Political Philosophy from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, alongside an earlier degree in Economics from Wisconsin International University Ukraine.
