Gabriela Sequeira

Gabriela Sequeira has extensive experience in food innovation and development, currently serving as the Global Innovation Portfolio & Project Manager at IFF since October 2024. Prior to this role, Gabriela worked at Body&Fit as a Category Specialist and New Product Development Manager, focusing on research and development. Gabriela's career includes serving as Head of Design & Customer Experience at Sensoral GmbH, various consultancy roles, and expertise in food product development, particularly utilizing healthy ingredients. Gabriela has held positions at Frutco AG, Sunset Chasers S.A., and Frutica S.A., specializing in food innovation, regulatory affairs, and beverage development using by-products. Educationally, Gabriela holds a Master's degree in Health Food Innovation Management from Maastricht University and degrees in Clinical Nutrition from Universidad Hispanoamericana.
