Harman Singh

Harman Singh is an accomplished regulatory affairs professional with extensive experience in the cosmetics and fragrance industries. Currently serving as the Director of Regulatory Affairs for the Americas at IFF since May 2019, Harman has held various leadership roles, including Director of North America Regulatory Affairs and Sr. Manager of Fragrance Product Compliance. Prior experience includes managing regulatory affairs at New Avon and serving as a Sr. Regulatory Specialist at Givaudan. Harman's career began at Limited Brands, progressing from Regulatory Affairs Technician to Regulatory Affairs Specialist, and included an early role as a Regulatory Analyst at Avon. Harman also has a background in international regulatory affairs and innovative raw materials. Academically, Harman holds a double major in Biology and Psychology from Rutgers University and a Master's degree in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey.
