Ingo Abreu has an extensive background in flavor creation and development, currently serving as Vice President Flavorist and Creative Director NoAm at International Flavors & Fragrances since September 2003. Ingo has held multiple leadership roles, including Global Technical Director for Beverages and Principal Flavorist, focusing on beverage product development and specializing as a citrus technical and creative expert. Prior to this, Ingo trained as a Flavorist at Mane and gained foundational experience at Haarmann & Reimer. Ingo's education includes a Pós Graduação from Faculdades Oswaldo Cruz, completed between 1997 and 2002. Skills encompass flavor and food chemistry, delivery systems, analytical processes, and R&D capabilities.
