Ingreth Kastorsky

Ingreth Kastorsky has extensive experience in the food industry, currently serving as Research Chef LATAM at IFF since August 2006. With a Culinary Chef degree from FMU and a Food Technologist degree from ETEC, Ingreth's career began as a trainee in a Brazilian restaurant, leading to a certification as a Culinary Chef. Previous roles include Senior Research Chef at GNT chanel and Food Technologist Specialist at Cargill, where responsibilities ranged from gourmet presentations to formula development across various food segments. Additionally, Ingreth gained public recognition as a finalist on the reality show The Taste Brasil in 2018 and has a background as a Savory Application Specialist at Symrise, managing high-value projects for major clients like Kraft and Nestlé.
