Jahnavi Padia is a skilled regulatory affairs professional with extensive experience in the cosmetic and fragrance industries. Currently serving as a Global Regulatory Affairs Specialist at International Flavors & Fragrances since November 2021, Jahnavi previously held the position of Regulatory Affairs Manager at EcoMundo, where responsibilities included conducting webinars on regulatory compliance for India. Jahnavi's experience at L'Oréal as a part of the Scientific, Regulatory Affairs & Claims team involved substantiating claims for various major brands and addressing regulatory challenges. As the Technical Head at Fiona International, Jahnavi coordinated registration processes for international cosmetic brands and led a team, ensuring compliance with Indian regulations.
