Jeroen Bravenboer

Jeroen Bravenboer serves as the Global HR Communications Lead at International Flavors & Fragrances since January 2022, focusing on enhancing employee engagement for over 24,000 global employees and advising senior HR leadership on communication strategies. As the Founder and CEO of CIVILLA, Bravenboer aims to foster pride and belonging within communities. Previously, Bravenboer held various roles at Philips, including Internal Communications Manager, where strategic communication efforts improved employee understanding of corporate strategy. Additional experience includes consulting roles at Archistry Limited and Deloitte, project management for STAR Study Association, and research assistance for the World Economic Forum. Jeroen Bravenboer holds an MBA from Smith School of Business at Queen’s University and a Master of Science in Strategic Management from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.
