Jim Parrett

Jim Parrett is a skilled technology services leader with extensive experience in IT support and management across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Sr. Site Technology Services Lead and Site IT Leader at International Flavors & Fragrances since April 2021, Jim has developed and managed technology solutions while providing user support and training. Prior experience includes a role as VIP Support Specialist at AstraZeneca, where Jim coordinated proof of concept testing and enhanced video conferencing setups, as well as positions at Compucom and IBM that focused on executive support, troubleshooting, and project management. Jim's technical expertise encompasses a wide range of hardware, software, and connectivity solutions, complemented by leadership abilities demonstrated through team mentoring and project coordination. Education was pursued at Cecil College in Computer and Information Sciences.
