Joern Gravgaard is an experienced professional in the field of food technology, currently serving as Principal Designer at International Flavors & Fragrances since August 2001. Joern's expertise lies in developing innovative nutrition concepts for Nutrition Bars and Breakfast Cereals, while leading market and customer projects. Prior to this, Joern was a Senior Application Specialist at DuPont Nutrition Biosciences, focusing on the confectionery sector and enhancing the nutritional profile of food bars. Previous roles include Applied Technology Manager at Solae, LLC, and R&D Bakery Technologist at Schulstad A/S, along with early experience in production planning and quality control.
