Judith Gross

Judith Gross is a seasoned executive in the fragrance industry, currently serving as VP of Communication & Branding for Scent at International Flavors & Fragrances (IFF) since January 2021. With a tenure at IFF spanning from 2007 to the present, Judith has held various leadership roles, including Global Director of Fragrance Innovation and VP of Creation & Design, Branding and Marketing Fragrances. Judith began their career at IFF in 1993, progressing through roles that emphasized talent management and marketing strategy in the fragrance sector. Judith holds a Master's degree in Communications from Sciences Po (1991-1993) and a Maîtrise in Law from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University (1987-1991).
