Kurt Bjeldal

Kurt Bjeldal is an experienced Senior Application Technologist currently at International Flavors & Fragrances since February 2021, and previously held similar roles at DuPont Nutrition & Biosciences from February 2019. Kurt has also worked at Kerry Group, Scanflavour, and George Weston Foods, where responsibilities included product development, technical support, and project management. Earlier experience includes positions at Danisco's Innovation Centre in Denmark, Hans Continental Smallgoods, and Tulip Food Company, focusing on research and development, quality control, and process development. Kurt holds degrees in Food Technology from Meat Trade College and Slagteriskolen Roskilde, complementing a longstanding career in food technology and processing since 1987.
