Matthew Guza

Matthew Guza is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in operations finance across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Director of Nourish Operations Finance at International Flavors & Fragrances since March 2021, Matthew leads a global finance team supporting a $6 billion Food and Beverage division. Prior roles include Operations Finance Lead for Nutrition & Biosciences at DuPont, where Matthew managed a high-performing team, and Finance Director at GlaxoSmithKline following the acquisition of Human Genome Sciences. Earlier positions included Global Financial Manager at The Dow Chemical Company and Internal Audit Manager at ArcelorMittal. Matthew began career foundations at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Matthew holds a BS in Accounting from Penn State University.
