Mauricio Poulsen

Mauricio Poulsen has over three decades of experience in the flavor and fragrance industry, primarily with International Flavors & Fragrances (IFF) since 1992. Currently serving as SVP of Global Innovation, Creation & Design for the Nourish Division, Mauricio has held various leadership roles including VP positions in both Global Innovation and Regional General Management for Greater Asia. Early in Mauricio's career, roles included Senior Flavorist and Creations & Applications Manager in Brazil and Argentina, showcasing extensive expertise in flavor development and application across diverse markets.
