Mauro Mileta Menacho

Mauro Mileta Menacho is an experienced business professional currently serving as the Business Development Director for Latin America at IFF since April 2025. Prior experience includes roles at Ingredion Incorporated, where Mauro led significant growth projects and headed the Project Management Office in North and South America, overseeing teams and enhancing strategies. Previously at Coca-Cola FEMSA, Mauro was responsible for supply chain intelligence and continuous improvement initiatives, achieving substantial savings and training numerous employees in lean methodologies. Mauro holds an MBA in Project Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering from UFSCar.
