Meghna Padmanabhan

Meghna Padmanabhan is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a strong background in recruitment across the EAME region. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at IFF, Meghna leads full-cycle recruitment assignments, collaborates with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners, and provides advisory support on talent acquisition processes and best practices. Previous roles include Senior Delivery Leader at TRANSEARCH India, where Meghna managed client requirements and supervised a research team, and Managing Consultant at Longhouse Consulting, where client accounts were handled independently.
