Mimi Sherlock is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in consumer insights and creative thinking. Currently serving as the Consumer Intelligence Global Lead for Nourish at International Flavors & Fragrances since September 2016, Mimi has also held the role of Global Director of Strategic Insights - Taste. With a strong background in sensory science, including positions such as Director of Global Learning & Development and Director of Organizational Effectiveness at IFF, Mimi has designed and implemented global programs to enhance leadership and team effectiveness. Additionally, as the founder of Sherlock Creative Thinking, Mimi specializes in creativity and innovation training, and has been an invited speaker at the Creative Problem Solving Institute since 1998. Mimi holds a Master of Science in Sensory & Food Science from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Science in Food Science from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
