Stanley Fang currently serves as the Vice President of Corporate Strategy at International Flavors & Fragrances, overseeing strategic initiatives for a company with a market capitalization of $15 billion and annual revenues of $5 billion since October 2019. Prior to this, Stanley held the position of Vice President at Smalls, leading operations and finance for an eCommerce startup. At The Boston Consulting Group, Stanley worked as a Project Leader from 2013 to 2018, advising clients in various industries with a focus on organizational transformation and growth strategy. In 2012, Stanley was the Special Projects Director for Obama for America in Florida during the Presidential Election. Early career experience includes roles as a Risk Finance Analyst at General Electric and participation in the Financial Management Program. Stanley holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a cum laude BS in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University.
