Stephanie Kraemer

Stephanie Kraemer, MBA, possesses extensive experience in food science and quality assurance across multiple companies within the food industry. Currently serving as a Customer Quality Specialist III in Finished Format Probiotics at IFF since February 2021, following the merger of DuPont's Nutrition & Biosciences division into IFF, Stephanie previously held a similar role at DuPont from July 2018 to February 2021. Stephanie's career began in product development with positions at Waymouth Farms, Seven Sundays, LLC, E&C's Snacks, and JPG Resources, where responsibilities included creating and improving formulas, managing ingredient databases, and coordinating product testing. Stephanie earned an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2023 and a Bachelor of Science in Food Science from the same institution in 2015, complemented by leadership experiences in risk management and event coordination during undergraduate studies.
