Stephen Toth

Stephen Toth is a seasoned Sr. Scientist II at International Flavors & Fragrances, with a focus on R&D within the Mass Spectrometry Group since February 2000. Toth has a proven track record in elucidating structures of unknown compounds through techniques such as GC-MS, MS/MS, and CI GCMS, alongside developing instrumental methods and exploring new technological capabilities. Prior roles include Research Scientist/Investigator in the Chromatography Group, where Toth developed methodologies for complex sample preparation, and Scientist/Senior Scientist in the Delivery Systems Group, focusing on stability experiments and encapsulate characterization. Toth holds a PhD in Food Science from Rutgers University and multiple degrees in Chemistry from Seton Hall University.
