Vivian Barreto Palacios

Vivian Barreto Palacios serves as the Global Innovation Portfolio and Project Manager for the Re-Imagine Simple initiative at IFF since April 2024, leading project delivery for innovation initiatives aligned with business excellence. Prior to this role, Vivian was a Project Leader for NPD Food at Cosun Beet Company, where expertise in transforming sugar manufacturing byproducts into high-value products drove successful market launches. Previous positions include managing NPD projects at Zeelandia, leading recipe development at DöhlerGroup, and various research roles at Universitat Politècnica de València and Alícia Foundation. Vivian holds a Master of Science in Food Science and Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de València and several executive education certifications from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.
