Natalie Dyenson has extensive experience in food safety and regulatory roles. Natalie most recently served as the Chief Food Safety & Regulatory Officer at the International Fresh Produce Association. Prior to that, they worked as the Vice President of Food Safety & Quality at Dole Food Company. Natalie also held various leadership positions at Walmart, including Senior Director of International Food Safety and Senior Director of Supplier Food Safety. Before that, they worked at Walt Disney World as a Manager of Food Safety & Health and Public Health Manager. Natalie started their career at Silliker as a Technical Sales Manager and later worked as a Food Safety & Sanitation Manager at Kash n' Karry Supermarkets and as a QA Microbiologist at Harris Teeter.

Natalie Dyenson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from the University of Iowa in 1993. Natalie later completed a Master of Public Health degree in Epidemiology from the University of South Florida in 2007.
