Arisa Hayashi is currently working as a Technical Manager at IFG since July 2022. Prior to this, Arisa worked as an Operations Manager at Sunny Ridge Farms and as a Farm Services Manager at CherryHill Orchards. With a background as a Viticulturist at Ten Minutes by Tractor and various roles as a cellarhand and vineyard worker at different wineries, Arisa has a strong foundation in viticulture and enology. Arisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Viticulture and Enology and a Bachelor of Arts in German Studies from the University of California, Davis.
