Allen Lincoln

Allen Lincoln is an accomplished Gender and Social Inclusion Officer at the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) since February 2021, specializing in project design, management, and evaluation with a focus on gender mainstreaming. Prior roles include serving as Technical Staff for the House of Representative Committee on Elections and Inauguration, where responsibilities involved reviewing the National Elections Law and proposing amendments. Allen has also worked as a Consultant in project management and gender analysis and as a Communication Specialist for the ACDI/VOCA Smallholder oil palm support program. Previous experience includes a significant tenure as a Program Associate at UN Women. Educational credentials consist of multiple degrees from the University of Liberia, including a Master of Science in Regional Planning, as well as certifications in Programme Administration, Project Management, and Professional Writing from institutions in the Netherlands and the UK, alongside a Basic Certificate in Gender Action Learning Systems from Igoji Empowerment Learning Center in Kenya.
