Daniela Morra

Daniela Morra is an experienced Environmental and Social Safeguards Specialist currently working at the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) since November 2023. Prior to this role, Daniela served as an E&S Quality and Risk Specialist at the Inter-American Development Bank from March 2021 to November 2023, and as a Social Development Specialist at the African Development Bank Group from December 2018 to February 2021. Daniela's background includes work as an Environmental and Social Safeguards Specialist at FAO from February 2015 to November 2018, and as a Climate Change Adaptation and Resilience Specialist at the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations from September 2006 to December 2014. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Environmental Economics and Management from Università Bocconi (2008) and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from John Cabot University (2006), along with additional coursework at the University of Groningen and Flacso.
