Kevin Dowling

Kevin Dowling is a Knowledge Management and Communications Consultant at the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), focusing on the Gender Transformative Mechanism in the Context of Climate Adaptation, which targets the empowerment of over 20 million rural individuals across 20 countries by 2030. Previously, Kevin served as a Knowledge Management and Communications Analyst at CGIAR, contributing to sustainable agriculture and climate action initiatives. Earlier experience includes a research position at Concern Worldwide, examining the needs of SOGIESC minorities amid the Ukraine crisis, along with roles in radiation therapy and English language teaching. Kevin holds a Master of Science in Development Practice from Trinity College Dublin, as well as additional qualifications in Environmental Science and Radiation Therapy.
