Kondwani Kampenya currently serves as Portfolio Lead for Non-Sovereign Operations & Climate Finance at the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) since October 2023, where strategic focus includes private sector engagement and climate finance initiatives within a $500 million portfolio. In addition, Kondwani is the Country Representative for the Africa Early Stage Investor Summit and Board Chairperson at mHub, providing governance for Malawi's leading technology hub. Previous roles include Scaleup Innovations Portfolio Manager at the World Food Programme, where innovative food system solutions were developed for over 3 million beneficiaries, and Country Manager at JBJ Foundation, overseeing education technology initiatives in Malawi. With extensive experience as a consultant for various organizations, including Infinite Potentials Consulting and Lumenaza GmbH, Kondwani has successfully led projects across multiple sectors. Educational qualifications include an MBA from ESMT Berlin and a Master's degree in Statistics from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
