Sheila Codamus-Platel

Sheila Codamus-Platel is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in investment management and treasury operations. Currently serving as a Board Member at the United Nations Joint Staff Pension Fund since July 2024, Sheila also holds the position of Head of Investment Management-Treasury at the International Fund for Agricultural Development since May 2021. Previous roles include Principal Portfolio Manager and Senior Investment Officer at the African Development Bank Group, and Treasury Officer at FMO. Sheila’s career began in 1995 at Wharton Credit Corporation and encompasses various positions in corporate banking and treasury across several prestigious institutions. Academically, Sheila holds a Master of Science in Accounting and Finance from The University of Salford, a Fellowship Distinction from the Association of Corporate Treasurers, an MBA from Ateneo Graduate School of Business, and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of the Philippines.
