Rahul Shukla

Rahul Shukla is a Research Coordinator at the International Growth Centre since October 2021, with prior experience as a Research Intern at the Institute for Employment Studies and a Policy, Training and Communications Intern at J-PAL South Asia. Rahul served as a Research Assistant at the Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Centre and was a Gandhi Fellow at the Kaivalya Education Foundation. Earlier experience includes a Research Intern role at the Centre for Public Policy Research and a Community Engagement Intern position at INDUS ACTION. Rahul holds an MSc in Public Policy from UCL and a Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Delhi University, complemented by an ISC in Business/Commerce from St. Francis School Ramnagar Varanasi.
