Sarah Lyness

Sarah Lyness joined IGC in 2013 where she set up both the Communications and the Evaluation teams. She is an experienced NGO leader spanning health and international development, working at the research and policy interface.

Sarah was a member of the Executive Board at Cancer Research UK for 8 years where she had specific responsibilities covering communications, fundraising, public health, policy, information services, brand and IT. Previously she had roles at Oxfam and the food industry. Sarah holds an MSc in Public Health from London School of Hygiene and Tropical medicine and an MA In Metallurgy, Economics and Management from the University of Oxford.
