Twivwe Siwale

Twivwe Siwale has extensive work experience in the field of economics and taxation. Twivwe began their career in 2011 as an Inspector of Taxes at the Zambia Revenue Authority and held this position until 2017. In 2017, Siwale joined the International Growth Centre as a Country Economist, a role they held until 2020. Twivwe then transitioned to the position of Policy Economist at the same company, a role they held until 2023. Currently, Siwale holds the position of Head of Tax for Growth at the International Growth Centre.

Twivwe Siwale completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Public Administration from the University of Zambia in 2010. In 2015, they obtained a Master of Science degree in Public Economics from The University of York.
