Titouan Picard

Titouan Picard currently serves as Président at SAS L'API BRASSERIE, a producer of artisanal honey beer, since October 2023. In the realm of handball, Titouan Picard holds multiple officiating roles, including international referee for the International Handball Federation and European referee for the European Handball Federation, both since July 2023.
