Shannon Haughie

TBD is the coordinator of customer experience at International Health Brands. They have also worked as the managing principal of strategic development, new businesses, and products at Cash App, where they were responsible for the strategy, development, and commercialization of new digital products and business adjacencies. At Cash App, they led the launch of the company's equities investing business and guided the successful approval of their broker dealer with FINRA. They also directed the development and commercialization of Cash App's consumer lending business. In addition to their work developing new products and lines of business, they have also driven inorganic strategies to build Cash App's artificial intelligence + deep learning capabilities, and are involved in strategic initiatives around crypto and decentralized finance.

TBD reports to Steve Sicherman, Director of Ops. They work with TBD - Coordinator, Operations, TBD - Coordinator, CX.
