Kalista Ganser

Kalista Ganser is a Development Associate at International House since October 2023. Previously, Kalista worked as a Recruiter at Medix™ from February 2022 to March 2023, managing the full-cycle recruiting process and maintaining strong candidate relationships, while achieving outstanding talent satisfaction scores. Kalista also contributed to business development by leading meetings with industry leaders and effectively communicating with clients. Prior experience includes serving as a Host at Ste. Michelle Wine Estates and as a University Relations Student Assistant at the University Studies Abroad Consortium (USAC). Kalista earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Nevada, Reno between 2017 and 2020.
