Andrea Wolfe

Andrea Wolfe is a seasoned professional in governance and legislative development with extensive experience in international consultancy. Currently serving as the Senior Partnership and M&E Expert Consultant for the INTER PARES project at International IDEA since November 2020, Andrea Wolfe focuses on enhancing partner parliaments' functions to strengthen representative democracy. Previously, Andrea Wolfe held multiple senior roles at the SUNY Center for International Development, including leadership positions in projects supporting Kenya's devolution and parliamentary reforms. Andrea's earlier experience includes serving as the Training Programs Director at the Center for International Development in Bologna and as the Political Development Coordinator for the OSCE in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Andrea Wolfe's educational background includes a Master's degree in International Development from the Università di Bologna and a BA/MA in French and Arts from the University at Albany.
