Imani Thomas (She/her)

Imani Thomas is a music professional, currently working as an Account Manager at Wax Poetics, where she leads on the company’s new Collections platform. She oversees end-to-end auctions and special projects with artists, their estates, and record labels - including collaborations with Louie Vega, Bootsy Collins, and others.

Imani previously worked as a Marketing Manager at Wax Poetics and served as a Radio Host at Balamii. Earlier in her career, she founded The Yaad Club, an independent travel initiative in Jamaica promoting cultural authenticity, and worked as a Freelance Creative.

She holds a BA in Anthropology and Visual Practice from Goldsmiths, University of London, and an MBA with a focus on Business from the University for the Creative Arts.
