Caroline Fox

Caroline Fox has a diverse background in human resources and organizational development. Caroline started their career in 1995 as a Travel Consultant at Budget Travel & Blueskies and later joined Club Travel - HRG Ireland in the same role. In 2000, they became the Operations and Web Manager at Stein Travel. In 2006, they transitioned to Thomas Cook as an Operations & HR Manager. Caroline Fox then joined International IDEA in 2008 as a Senior HR Officer, and later served as the HR Manager and Head of Human Resources and Organizational Development. Caroline is responsible for leading and optimizing people-related processes to drive organizational effectiveness and development.
