Casey Marks

Casey Marks is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in psychometrics and certification development, currently serving as the Chief Qualifications Officer, Chief Product Officer, and Vice President of the Professional Programs Office at (ISC)² since 2015. Previously, Casey held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Cambridge Michigan Language Assessments, steering the organization to provide high-quality language assessment products and services. At NCSBN from 1999 to 2011, Casey advanced through roles including Chief Operating Officer, Director of Testing Services, and Psychometrician, managing operations and overseeing examination programs for a significant number of candidates. Early career roles include Research Associate at the Johnson O’Connor Research Foundation and Research Assistant at the American College of Healthcare Executives. Casey holds a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a PhD in Education from the University of Chicago.
