Jon Duggan

Jon Duggan is an accomplished instructional design professional with extensive experience in the development and delivery of learning experiences across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Associate Director of Learning Experience at ISC2 since May 2022, Jon leads a team responsible for creating engaging educational programs for cybersecurity professionals globally. Prior to ISC2, Jon held various leadership positions, including Senior Manager of Learning Design at the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants, where responsibilities encompassed the development of learning strategies and managing instructional design teams. Additional expertise includes roles in instructional design and technology specialist positions at organizations such as Global Knowledge, Lockheed Martin, and Castle Worldwide, with foundational experience as an Assistant Head of School and educator. Jon holds a Master of Education in Instructional Design and Technology from Troy University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Mercer University.
