Manuel Avramescu

Manuel Avramescu currently serves as the EU Policy Manager at ISC2, focusing on advocacy for significant digital and cybersecurity legislation within the European Union. Previously, Manuel was a Managing Partner at Best of Transylvania, overseeing business development and operations, while also functioning as a Senior Government Affairs Consultant at FINACON Romania, where emphasis was placed on sustainable development strategies. Experience includes leadership roles in business development at Contrivo Media and MUNDIS Network, and providing EU affairs consultancy for various organizations including the Global Institute for Cybersecurity Technologies and TRANSGAZ SA. Manuel's background is complemented by a Master's degree in Climatic Change Effects Management from Ecological University of Bucharest and foundational studies in Ecology from the University of Bucharest.
