Dave Oldenburg

Dave Oldenburg is an accomplished professional in procurement and strategic sourcing with extensive experience in the food and ingredient sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Strategic Sourcing at International Ingredient Corporation since November 2024, Oldenburg previously held senior roles at Manna Pro Products, LLC, including Sr. Director of Procurement and Director of Commodities, Ingredients & Risk Management. Earlier positions include Director of Purchasing at Branding Iron Holdings, Inc., Director of Procurement - Ingredients at ConAgra Foods, and Director of Procurement - Ingredients, Packaging, Indirect at Ralcorp Holdings, where a significant team was directed and large budgets managed.
