Adam McElhinney

Adam McElhinney currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Uptake, a position held since March 2024. McElhinney has extensive experience in analytics and education, including roles as Faculty at the International Institute for Analytics and Adjunct Faculty at the Illinois Institute of Technology. McElhinney has also contributed to various advisory boards, including the College of Engineering Advisory Board at the University of Illinois at Chicago and the Board of the America Statistical Association Chicago Chapter. Previously, McElhinney held positions at Paylocity as Chief Data Science Officer and Vice President of Data Insights, while also managing Business Analytics at Enova Financial. McElhinney holds a Master’s degree in Statistics from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics, Economics, and Political Science from Indiana University Bloomington.
