Elisa Calliari

Research Scholar | Marie Skłodowska-curie Fellow at IIASA

Elisa Calliari is a research scholar and Marie Skłodowska-Curie fellow at the International Institute for Applied Systems Analysis (IIASA) since May 2022, while concurrently serving as a visiting research fellow and senior research fellow at UCL since September 2018. With extensive experience from various roles at the CMCC Foundation since January 2013 and a recent position as a senior expert in loss and damage at FAO in September 2023, Elisa has demonstrated expertise in climate change and environmental economics. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Science and Management of Climate Change from Università Ca'​ Foscari Venezia, as well as master's degrees from Università Bocconi and Università degli Studi di Trieste in related fields.
