Ntongwe Enongene is the VP Global Alliances for Africa at International Institute of Marketing Professionals. Ntongwe has over 10 years of experience in marketing and business development.

Ntongwe started their career at Cambridge University Press as the Regional Marketing and Business Development Manager for West and Central Africa. In this role, they were responsible for marketing, sales, and business development in 13 countries. Ntongwe was able to successfully grow the Cambridge brand across Africa and increase sales through effective marketing and business development strategies.

In 2016, Ntongwe moved to Bosch, a leading global supplier of technology and services. In their role as Strategic Sales Manager for Eastern Europe, they were responsible for sales strategy implementation and forecast management for 11 countries. Ntongwe was successful in achieving turnover targets and profitability for Bosch in this region.

In their current role as VP Global Alliances for Africa, Ntongwe is responsible for developing partnerships with organizations across Africa to support the institute’s mission. Ntongwe is also responsible for creating and executing marketing plans to promote the institute’s programs and services on the continent. Through their work, Ntongwe is helping to build the next generation of marketing leaders in Africa.

Ntongwe Enongene has an extensive educational background in business administration and management, with a focus on strategic marketing. Ntongwe holds an Executive MBA from the Quantic School of Business and Technology, as well as a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Gloucestershire. In addition, they have completed the Mining Practitioner Program at the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology, and the Executive Leadership Certificate in Business Strategy: Achieving Competitive Advantage at Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management. Ntongwe also holds an Executive Leadership Certificate in Marketing Strategy for Business Leaders from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management.

They are on a team with Magnus Whitehead - VP Global Alliances for America, Claudia Cacia - VP Global Alliances for Europe, and Hasan Hasanuzzoha - VP Global Alliances Committee. Ntongwe Enongene reports to Ron Coughlin, Chair, Global Alliances.
