Natalie Worley

Natalie Worley, Ph.D., currently serves as the Director of Global Operations at IIRR since July 2021, following roles as Global Operations Manager and Operations Manager within the organization. Prior to IIRR, Worley directed CoC Planning and Data Management at Upstate Continuum of Care from October 2019 to June 2021, and held various leadership positions at United Housing Connections from July 2015 to September 2019, including VP of Programs and COO. Academic background includes a Ph.D. in International Family and Community Studies from Clemson University, as well as an MSSW in social work from the University of Tennessee, a TESOL certificate from Oxford House College, and a B.A. in anthropology and sociology from Wake Forest University. Additional experience encompasses roles focused on immigrant health, program planning, evaluation, and education.
